Bent-over rows can be one of the most valuable exercises for improving your deadlift and building overall strength and muscle mass in your posterior chain. Hold the Tsunami Bar® with a pronated grip (palms facing down), slightly bend your knees and bend at the waist to bring your torso forward while keeping your back straight until it is almost parallel to the floor.
