How to perform the Bicep Curl with a Tsunami Bar:


Hold the Tsunami Bar® at a shoulder width grip. You should be standing upright, the palm of your hands should be facing forward and your elbows should be close to your torso. Keep your upper arms stationary as you curl the weights forward while contracting the biceps. Continue the movement until your biceps are fully contracted and the bar is at shoulder level. Squeeze your biceps and hold the position for a second then slowly bring the bar back to the starting position.
