How to perform the Close Grip Press with a Tsunami Bar:

 

Use a close grip (around shoulder width) and lift the Tsunami Bar® straight over you with your arms locked. Lower the bar to your chest and pause before you push the bar back to the starting position using your triceps muscles. Lock your arms in and hold for a second before lowering the bar and back to the starting position.
