How to perform the Overhead Squat with a Tsunami Bar:
Start out with the Tsunami Bar® in front of you on the floor. Bend your knees and grab the bar with your hands outside shoulder width apart and using a pronated grip (palms facing down). Lift the bar so that your arms are fully extended and the bar is slightly behind your head. Maintain a straight back and keep your head up. Bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Use your feet and legs to bring yourself back up to the starting position.
