How to perform the Step Up with a Tsunami Bar:
This exercise takes a lot of balance and stability in the hips and torso. Start with the Tsunami Bar® across the back of your shoulders, slightly below the neck, and wrap your arms around the top of the bar. Place your right foot on the elevated platform. Step on the platform by extending the hip and the knee of your right leg. Use your heel to lift the rest of your body up and place your left foot on the platform as well. Step down with your left leg by flexing the hip and knee of the right leg and place your right foot next to the left foot to return to your original standing position. Repeat this exercise with the right leg for a certain number of repetitions and then perform with the left leg.
