How to perform the Tricep Press with a Tsunami Bar:


Hold the Tsunami Bar® with a pronated grip and your hands closer than shoulder width apart. Elevate the bar above your head until your arms are fully extended. Make sure to keep your upper arms close to your head and your elbows in. Keeping your upper arms stationary, lower the bar behind your head until your forearms reach your biceps. Use your triceps to raise the bar back to the starting position.
